We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel! Our three teenagers loved the outdoor playground that looked like a ship, and the variety of activities kept them entertained. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the snack options for kids could be improved.

Amazing staff made it worth it
The staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to help. The location was convenient for exploring, and I loved the amazing French fries at the bar!
Unfortunately, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast options were the same each day. A bit more variety would have been appreciated.

The beachfront property offered a beautiful, clean environment with access to great restaurants nearby. I appreciated how the staff, especially Hector at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Several facilities were closed without prior notice, and I encountered some unfriendly interactions from staff, which was disappointing.
